Recipe for homemade buns with plum filling
Preparation:
Add the yeast and 2 tablespoons of sugar to warm milk and mix. Set aside in a warm place for 10 minutes. After that, add 2 whole eggs and 2 egg yolks, the remaining sugar, the flour, half a block of soft butter, the oil, and the lemon extract to the mixture. Then gently knead everything together. If the dough is sticky, add more flour. Leave the kneaded dough to rise, then roll it out to about 1 cm thick. Using a glass, cut out circles from the dough and wrap the fruit in them, sealing the edges of the dough underneath. Leave the buns to rise for 15 minutes, then brush them with egg, sprinkle with the prepared streusel, and bake for about 15–20 minutes at 160°C. Once cooled, enjoy the taste of delicious homemade buns with plum filling.
