Sweet crescent rolls—who doesn’t like them? They’re a great addition to coffee or cocoa. An ideal dessert for young and old alike, perfect as a treat for guests. These crescent rolls are so delicious that we suggest making a double batch right away.
Preparation:
Pour warm milk over the yeast, add a tablespoon of sugar. Set aside for 10 minutes.
Cut the butter into pieces and work it into the flour and vanillin sugar. Beat the eggs with powdered sugar, then add to the dough. Knead the dough thoroughly and set it aside for about an hour. After this time, roll out the dough, cut out squares, place a portion of jam, and roll up to form crescent rolls. Then place them in an oven preheated to 200℃ for 10–15 minutes. You can dust the finished crescent rolls with powdered sugar. All that’s left is to enjoy them. But wait until the crescent rolls cool so your tummy doesn’t ache😉.
Enjoy! ...because homemade is better!
