Note! When taking measurements only the probe should be immersed in water - the cable should remain above! The thermometer features an electronic display and a timer enabling setting the time up to 99 minutes and 59 seconds, as well as setting the temperature within the range from 0 to 250°C. Another advantage of the device is the alarm that signals achievement of the temperature set or expiration of the time set.
