With our blend of herbs and spices you will easily prepare delicious, aromatic, spicy, melting-in-the-mouth dishes made from natural ingredients only! ‘Spicy Bits for Pressure Ham Cooker’ is a blend of specially selected natural spices and herbs, without salt, preservatives or flavour enhancers. The blend ingredients are: cayenne pepper, sweet paprika, ground pepper, mustard seeds, turmeric, ginger, bay leaf, thyme and wild garlic – by choosing our product you can rest assured that your food is safe and healthy! A single 30 g pack is sufficient for preparing two dishes from a pressure ham cooker, each weighing 1.2 kg! Delight your loved ones with the distinctive flavour of homemade charcuterie!

Cut the pork neck into pieces (about 3-4 cm in size), grind the beef and bacon through a fine-mesh plate and knead the meat well with water, salt and the mix of spices and herbs. Put everything into the pressure ham cooker container (for easy removal of the finished product, it is a good idea to use additionally 100/50 natural dried casings or a dedicated bag). Put the closed pressure ham cooker into a pot of water with temperature of 80-90°C. Once the temperature inside the meat reaches 68°C, finish scalding and remove the pressure ham cooker to cool down. Next, put the pressure ham cooker into a refrigerator. On the next day the meat is ready to eat.
Ingredients: spices 88.9% (cayenne pepper, sweet paprika, ground pepper, mustard seeds, turmeric, ginger, bay leaf), herbs 11.1% (thyme, wild garlic).
