2. THERMOMETER
The thermometer included with the smoker enables monitoring the temperature of smoked food. Thanks to it you will know whether the smoking temperature remains optimal at all times.
3. WOOD CHIPS
The cherry wood chips with size of 9-12 mm included in the kit are mainly used in smokers, improving the smoking process. They are perfect for smoking fish, poultry, and red meat. Use it for pork and beef in particular.
The smoker will allow you to prepare delicious smoked fish, cheese, and meat. Thanks to its small size you can use it not only on a balcony or terrace, but also at a camping site. It will allow you to smoke up to 4 trouts at once.

Two gel fuel burners enable smoking without access to gas or electricity. Smoking consists in the smoking wood chips placed on the bottom of the smoker being heated from below, which leads to production of smoke that we need for smoking. Excess fat released during smoking drips down to a special drip tray, thanks to which it does not burn and the smoker on the whole emits very little smoke. Thanks to that the smoker can be used on a terrace or a balcony. At the same time, this tray ensures that the fuel does not come into contact with the food being smoked.
