Innovative smoke generator — designed for both cold and warm/hot smoking in any type of smoker. You can mount this smoke generator on large or small smokers — steel, wooden, or masonry.
A smoke generator made for home-smoking enthusiasts who want to create delicious, aromatic meats, fish, and cheeses — with no compromises and healthier too, without unnecessary chemical additives. Using a smoke generator ensures excellent smoking quality and efficiency. With this innovative unit, cold and warm/hot smoking become an efficient, professional way to smoke.
Tested with a 300 L smoker.
Patented by Browin.
Made in Poland.
You can mount the generator on either side of the smoker, depending on your needs.
The air pump connects via a hose to the nozzle’s integrated angled tube. You can regulate the pump’s output with a dial, matching smoke volume to your needs and the size of your smoker.
The smoke generator is equipped with a 5 W electric pump with a capacity of 420 L/h
You can use the pump not only for smoking, but also in aquariums. It’s perfect for aerating tanks of various sizes.
A thoughtful, patented design combines compact dimensions with high efficiency, low chip consumption, and adjustable smoke output via the pump — tailored to your needs and the volume of your smoking chamber. The generator is made of high-quality stainless steel, so you can smoke in various weather conditions. The body (hopper cylinder) closes with a wooden lid that provides proper smoke circulation and protects the chips as they smolder — including from raindrops. The long hose (4 m) can be cut to the lengths you need to connect the pump to the generator nozzle.
Filling the generator to the top supplies continuous smoke for about 3–5 hours without adding chips. You can use chips of various grades, but we recommend 8–12 mm for the best smoke effect inside the smoker.
Innovative extended nozzle — ideal for smokers with thicker walls (up to 15 cm), e.g., masonry units. The nozzle is cut on both ends — one end at an angle that helps smoke exit inside the smoker, and the other at an angle that prevents chip clogging. It enters the smoker at an angle that increases smoke flow from the smoldering chips. The nozzle passes only partway through the combustion chamber, which ensures ideal smoke draw while protecting the nozzle from clogging during smoldering.
Using a high-output pump and placing it on a suitably extended base transfers vibrations from the pump to the hopper body, improving chip settling during smoldering and boosting smoking efficiency. Precise control of smoke volume helps prevent products from turning sour. The pump connects via a hose to a special tube integrated with the nozzle, which feeds in air. The tube also serves a structural role — it slots into the base cutout, ensuring perfect alignment of the nozzle with the smoker and the generator body.
The generator’s design allows quick, easy assembly and disassembly, and makes cleaning a breeze. The unit can be taken apart and cleaned without unscrewing its base from the smoker and without any tools. Simply slide the nozzle out of the body, twist the hopper body and lift it off the base. It locks securely to the base with tabs and matching holes. This solution ensures proper sealing while keeping the body stable on the base.
Holes in the lower part of the generator body make it easy to light the chips and ensure proper oxygen supply.
In Browin’s offer you’ll find chips dedicated to different products — perfect for smoking meats, fish, or cheeses.
Before using the smoke generator, read the user manual included in the set. The manual also contains tips on using the pump.
Cleaning: After each smoking session, clean the generator, especially the interior, so it’s fully ready for next time and maintains proper smoke flow. Do not use sharp tools that could damage any parts.

Tip — which smoking method should you choose?
Smoking methods:
Cold smoking: Usually done at up to 25⁰C and lasts from a few hours to 14 days. Adjust smoke density as needed. Typically, smoke flow speed should be in the 6–15 m/min range. This method is used mainly for products intended for long storage or aging, as smoke penetrates deeply and preserves slowly. Products dry evenly. Cold smoking also gives excellent results for long-term aging.
Warm/hot smoking: This is when the product is exposed to smoke above 25⁰C. There are two commonly accepted upper limits: up to about 45⁰C is called warm smoking, and up to 60⁰C is hot smoking. With hot smoking, you can also bake the products right in the smoker, raising chamber temperature to 80–90⁰C.
Smoking with a finishing bake: For the finishing bake, you can disconnect the smoke generator and use heat alone.
No matter which method you choose, remember smoking is the final stage — the foundation is proper prep and thorough drying of your products before smoking (or pre-drying in the smoker). This crucial step improves quality and helps prevent souring.
