The Mustang electric smoker is a robustly executed device with an attractive design, which will be perfect for cold and hot smoking of meat and sausages, as well as for roasting them.

  • Robust execution - the material of which the smoker is made and its double, internally insulated walls ensure good thermal insulation of the device.​

  • Additional drip tray for fat - ensures that excess fat is removed from the drip tray.

The Mustang electric smoker is a robustly executed device with an attractive design, which will be perfect for cold and hot smoking of meat and sausages, as well as for roasting them. Thanks to the built-in controller the smoker enables setting smoking temperature and time, which facilitates conducting the whole process significantly. The materials used for making the device ensure its good thermal insulation. The double, internally insulated wall also contribute to that. The manual wood chip feeder allows topping them up during the process without having to open the door. Meanwhile, the additional drip tray for fat ensures that excess fat is removed from the drip tray.

The Mustang electric smoker enables smoking and roasting of sausages and other processed meat. Using this smoker, you will easily conduct the process of:
- met drying in temperature of 40-50°C, without smoke (with the door slightly open),
- smoking (with closed door and ventilation set to low air flow),
- roasting (with smoke outlet open). After this process, check the temperature inside the meat.
This device is intended for outdoor use, it is not allowed to use it indoors.

Please note! Before the first smoking it is necessary to “fire” the smoker, i.e., to carry out smoking without food in the smoker chamber.

Preparation of products prior to smoking:
  • Curing or marinading - either method can be chosen.
  • Draining and drying - can be carried out in home conditions, in room temperature, using a fan that will speed up this process. You may hang the products in a draughty location - it is important for them to be totally dry to the touch. The drying process may take from a few to over a dozen hours. After drying, do not put the products back into the refrigerator, as they may become humid again. After the process, move them to the smoker right away. You may optionally subject them to further drying inside (without using smoke) and then you can start smoking using the method selected.
