The advantages of this smokehouse include the ability to use it for various smoking methods and its robust construction, which uses natural selected, sanded wood. The smoking chamber is made of spruce boards. The opening roof is mounted on hinges, which greatly facilitates placing the load inside the smokehouse. Access to the smokehouse both through the door and the roof is a very practical and convenient solution. A metal base with legs has been matched to the chamber, and the source of smoking smoke is a large side firebox connected at the bottom of the chamber with a two-stage air circulation system, made of thick stove-grade sheet steel. The chamber structure is reinforced with thick crossbars. The smokehouse door is mounted on sturdy powder-coated hinges. The removable deflector allows for even distribution of heat and smoke during the smoking process.

Before first use, the smokehouse should be treated on the outside – we recommend using 100% linseed oil or 100% tung oil to protect the wood and increase its durability.
