Try premium wine yeast S. cerevisiae var. bayanus with a carefully matched nutrient and vitamin B1. With this kit, you’ll craft delicious, aromatic homemade flower wines and sidestep a common challenge: getting fermentation going can be trickier here than with classic fruit wines.


  • Made for flower wines - a specially developed blend, perfect for flower-based musts, including elderflower, acacia, cornflower, hibiscus, dandelion, and linden (lime blossom).
  • Ensures an optimal fermentation start - the right combination of yeast, nutrient, and vitamin B1 supports rapid yeast growth and a smooth, reliable fermentation.
  • Boosts wine aroma - the selected yeast strain accentuates the aromatic qualities of your flowers and develops a floral profile, bringing out the wine’s lightness and bouquet.
  • For 10-15 L of must - one sachet is enough for a 10 to 15 L batch.
  • Wide fermentation temperature range - you can ferment at 12-30°C.


Flower wines delight with their delicate aroma and subtle flavor, but they need a confident fermentation kick-off. Flowers don’t always give yeast the ideal conditions to thrive, so using a well-matched mix of yeast and nutrient is especially important. The selected S. cerevisiae var. bayanus strain keeps fermentation on track, while the tailored nutrient and vitamin B1 help the yeast get to work in the demanding environment of a flower must.


Directions: Prepare your wine must according to your chosen recipe. Sprinkle the contents of the sachet over the surface of the must at 25-30°C. Leave for 10-15 minutes, then stir thoroughly. Ferment at 12-30°C.


Ingredients: wine yeast S. cerevisiae var. bayanus, emulsifier: sorbitan monostearate, diammonium phosphate, inactive brewer’s yeast, vitamin B1.
