Product characteristics:
This is a product by the Australian company Coopers used to make 23 L of beer.
Each can contains:
-1.7 kg of hermetically sealed hopped malt extract, with no preservatives (its consistency resembles caramel/honey).
-a sachet of brewer’s yeast (attached under the lid).

The concentrate is currently offered at a very attractive price due to its best-before period. Take advantage of this promotion and brew promptly to fully enjoy both the purchase and the result.
Microbiological tests carried out at the Institute of Agricultural and Food Biotechnology in Łódź showed that these concentrates have microbiological parameters identical to malt extracts within their current minimum durability (best-before) date. Our internal tests also confirmed that the final product maintains the quality of beer brewed from extracts within date. In a word: a bargain!

1. Highest quality — the kit contains a high-quality hopped malt extract without preservatives and specially selected yeast. Thanks to this combination you will brew an excellent beer with a characteristic profile on your own.

2. Easy to make — with a Coopers concentrate you only need basic equipment, water and a fermentable to start your homebrewing adventure.

3. Excellent taste and aroma, refined color — With the Coopers Australian Pale Ale Brewkit you’ll brew a beer in the style of the famous Australian Coopers Original Pale Ale, with a fruity-floral character and pronounced bitterness.

4. It pays off! The costs of making homebrew using Coopers concentrates are an investment that lets you proudly enjoy great beer — just the way you like it and whenever you want. You’ll spend less than on store-bought beers, and the experience of tasting your own brew will be priceless — for you, your family and friends.

5. Enough for everyone — one can of concentrate lets you brew 23 L of excellent home-made beer!

The Australian Pale Ale concentrate is a Coopers product — the work of top-class Australian specialists who for generations have created brewkits — hopped malt extracts for home beer making — valued worldwide. Thanks to the creative combination of Coopers’ recipes with the experience of BROWIN, a company specializing, among others, in yeast production and supplies for home microbreweries, brewing your own beer is now easier than ever.

The Australian Pale Ale concentrate allows you to brew your own beer in the style of the famous Australian Coopers Original Pale Ale. Its fruity-floral character, distinct bitterness and fascinating flavor make it perfect for any occasion. All these features make this concentrate a standard for home mini-breweries. The yeast is placed under the lid of the concentrate can, which makes brewing at home exceptionally simple. The kit includes high-quality malt extract, aromatic hops and specially selected yeast. A concentrate, sanitized equipment, water and your chosen fermentable — that’s all you need to soon enjoy the remarkable taste and aroma of a home-brewed, golden beer with a refined character. Tasting it with family or friends will be a reason for pride and will brighten up any party — one can of Australian Pale Ale will let you brew 23 L of high-quality home beer.

A way to save!

The cost of equipment is an investment in the future — all the necessary products: a fermentation vessel, caps, capper — cost approx. PLN 200. Of course, over time you can develop your brewing passion, moving to a more professional path and using additional products dedicated to brewing enthusiasts. However, only minimal, basic equipment is enough to enjoy beer you’ve brewed yourself. We especially recommend our MIKROBROWAR 1 (406000) set, which is a great gift idea and a complete starter kit for anyone wanting to begin their brewing adventure.

This expense will pay for itself very quickly, especially since brewing from concentrate is more cost-effective than buying ready-made beer in a store. For example, when buying Coopers concentrates for 23 L of beer (average can price: PLN 70) — the cost per 500 ml bottle is PLN 1.5. Adding sugar or dextrose (which improves the beer’s flavor) increases the cost to PLN 2. It is still lower than or comparable to the most popular “regular” beers available in large discount stores, at promotional prices from PLN 2.5 to 3. Also remember that the pleasure of drinking and sharing homebrew with friends and family is… priceless! For those who like more sophisticated flavors and craft beers, we have Amber Ale, Long Play IPA and Diablo IPA concentrates, which let you make up to 8.5 L of beer. These are more refined styles, often found in craft brewing, to which you can also add hopped malt extracts for an even more expressive flavor. The cost of making such a beer is PLN 2–3 per 500 ml bottle. Meanwhile, promotional prices for this type of beer in discount stores range from PLN 6 to even a dozen or so złoty. It’s easy to see that thanks to a passion for homebrewing we can not only save money, but also develop our taste and wow others with ever more interesting brews.
