How to make your own home-brewed beer?

MAKING YOUR OWN BEER IS VERY SIMPLE AND COST-EFFECTIVE! JUST 4 STEPS:

HOW MUCH TIME DO YOU NEED?

1.    Mixing all ingredients: approx. 20 minutes.

2.    Setting the wort aside: roughly 7 days.

3.    Bottling: approx. 40 minutes.

And when the beer is ready and chilled — enjoy it to your heart’s content!

Recipe for homebrewed beer:

1. Rinse all equipment thoroughly using potassium metabisulfite.

2. Pour water at about 28°C into a glass, then add the yeast from under the lid. Rehydrate for 15 minutes.

3. Remove the instruction sheet from the can, then place the can in hot water for about 10 minutes.

4. Pour about 2 L of water into a pot and bring it to a boil.

5. Pour the contents of the can into the pot of water and mix thoroughly until the wort (caramel) dissolves.

6. Pour 2 L of cold water and the contents of the pot into the rinsed fermenter, then top up with water to a volume of 8.5 L.

7. Stabilize the temperature to 24–26°C, then add the yeast and stir vigorously.

8. Seal the vessel tightly and install an airlock.

9. Carry out fermentation for 10 days.

10. Rack the beer into bottles, adding 1 Coopers Carbonation Drops tablet to each 0.5 L bottle. Place the bottles in a dark, warm place.

11. After 2 weeks, the beer is ready to taste!
