This is a product by the Australian company Coopers used to prepare 23 L of beer.
Each can contains:
-1.7 kg of hermetically sealed hopped malt, with no preservatives (the malt has a consistency similar to caramel/honey).
-a sachet of brewer’s yeast (attached under the lid).
The concentrate currently has a very attractive price related to its best-before period. Taking advantage of this promotion and preparing the beer promptly will ensure full satisfaction with the purchase and the result.
Microbiological tests carried out at the Institute of Agricultural and Food Biotechnology in Łódź showed that these concentrates have identical microbiological parameters to malt extracts with a current minimum shelf life. Our internal tests also confirmed that the final product retains the quality of beer brewed from extracts within date. In a word: a bargain!

5. Enough for everyone — one can of concentrate allows you to make 23 L of excellent homemade beer!
The Preacher's Hefe Wheat concentrate is a Coopers brand product — the work of top-class Australian specialists who have been creating globally acclaimed brewkits — hopped malt extracts for making beer at home — for generations. Thanks to the creative combination of Coopers’ recipes with the experience of BROWIN, specializing, among others, in the production of yeast and a range for home microbreweries, making your own beer is now easier than ever. The Preacher's Hefe Wheat beer-making concentrate is produced by mixing finely milled barley malt with water at a temperature not exceeding 75°C. The next stage of production is filtering and evaporating the remaining liquid under vacuum until it takes on a thick, honey-like consistency.
The Preacher's Hefe Wheat concentrate allows you to prepare your own wheat beer in the Belgian style. The brew is characterized by a light golden, slightly hazy color, a banana note with a hint of clove, as well as a creamy foam and a refreshing, tart aftertaste. All these features make this concentrate a standard for home microbreweries. Under the lid of the can with the concentrate you will find yeast, which makes making homemade beer extraordinarily simple. The kit includes high-quality malt, aromatic hops and specially selected yeast. Concentrate, sterile equipment, water and a chosen sweetening substance — that’s all you need to soon enjoy the remarkable taste and aroma of a homemade, golden brew with a refined character. Tasting with family or friends will become your source of pride and will enliven even larger gatherings — one can of Preacher's Hefe Wheat will let you prepare 23 L of high-quality craft beer.

A way to save!
The price of equipment is an investment in the future — all the necessary products: a fermentation vessel, caps, a capper — cost approx. 200 zł. Of course, over time you can develop your passion for brewing, moving onto an increasingly professional path and using additional products dedicated to homebrewing enthusiasts. However, only minimal, basic equipment is enough to enjoy beer you made yourself. We especially recommend our MIKROBROWAR 1 (406000) set, which is a great gift idea and also a complete starter kit for someone who wants to begin their brewing adventure.
This expense will pay for itself very quickly, especially since making beer from concentrate is more cost-effective than buying ready-made beer in a store. For example, when buying Coopers concentrates for 23 L of beer (average can price: 70 zł) — the cost of a 500 ml bottle is 1.5 zł. By adding sugar or glucose (which improves the taste of the beer) — this cost will increase to 2 zł. This is still lower than or close to the most popular “ordinary” beers available in large discount stores, at promotional prices from 2.5 to 3 zł. Remember also that the pleasure of drinking and sharing homemade beer with friends and family is... priceless! For those who prefer more sophisticated flavors and craft beers, we have Amber Ale, Long Play IPA and Diablo IPA concentrates, allowing you to prepare up to 8.5 L of beer. These are more refined styles, often found in craft brewing, to which you can also add hopped malt extracts to obtain an even more pronounced flavor. The cost of making such beer is from 2 to 3 zł per 500 ml bottle. Meanwhile, promotional prices for this type of beer in discount stores range from 6 to even over a dozen zł. It is easy to see that thanks to a passion for home beer we are able not only to save, but also to develop our brewing palate and wow others with the tasting of increasingly interesting brews.
