The plastic lid and the tiltable holder included in the set are in the same attractive vivid green colour. The bamboo tongs will be useful, among others, for removing cucumbers (or other brine-pickled vegetables) from the jar. The lid does not become loose and it tightness can be increased additionally with a special, plastic overlay placed on the jar opening, which becomes tightened after the lid is put on. The holder, installed under the jar thread on a clamping band, facilitates moving the jar – either empty or with some lightweight content – in a convenient and safe manner (when moving the jar once it is full and heavy, it is recommended to hold it on the underside and used the holder for securing it additionally, making sure it does not slip out of hands. The bamboo tongs will be useful, among others, for removing cucumbers (or other brine-pickled vegetables) from the jar. The glass used for making this jar features all the certificates of approval for contact with food products, also those that contain alcohol.

How to use: A glass jar is a piece of equipment than can serve for many years if used properly. However, it is necessary to prevent the jar from coming in contact with very high temperature that could lead to glass fracture. The jar should not receive boiling water and must not be washed in hot water, as excessively high temperature may damage its glass. It is recommended to wash glass in lukewarm water with addition of disinfecting agents such as potassium metabisulphite.
