The carboy’s wide mouth makes it much easier to keep the inside spotless and to remove pomace. For cleaning, we recommend using Potassium Metabisulfite, Turbo Metabisulfite or Oxi Turbo.

Wash the carboy at temperatures no higher than 70°C, using a soft cloth.
