The cap has a special construction—with no gasket—so there’s no risk of mold and bacteria accumulating underneath and contaminating your brew.

The carboy’s wide opening makes it much easier to keep the interior clean and to remove fruit pulp with ease. For cleaning, we recommend Potassium Metabisulfite, Turbo Metabisulfite or Oxi Turbo.

IMPORTANT

Do not expose the carboy to direct sunlight due to its limited UV resistance.

Wash the carboy at temperatures no higher than 70°C, using a soft cloth.
