Glass demijohns with narrow necks for fermentation of wines, beers, meads and fruit liqueurs. Plastic removable cover allows to thoroughly wash the demijohn, and at the same time, it protects the glass from breaking. The housing in the form of a full basket can additionally be used to carry wet or fine fruits, loose products, etc.

Corks suited for the demijohns 10 L of capacity
-rubber cork with 41/37 mm diameter with a mouth for fermentative straw (glass or plastic)
-cork with 45/37 mm diameter without the mouth to close the demijohn

Demijohns are made of soda glass with all certificates.

Usage
Demijonhns must not be cleaned in hot water or exposed for violent thermal changes. too high temperature may cause the demage of the glass. Cleaning demijohns in lukewarm with some disinfectant.
The advantages of glass demijohns are high robustness and the posibility of observing the fermentation process. We recomended to lead frist fermenatation process in a fermentative vessel, after impriting the fruits-procced ferementation process in demijohn.

Caution
Close the demijohn with some cotton because of the huge pressure.
