  • Natural material - agglomerated cork is produced by crumbling the natural cork and then forming it into a cone with dimensions of 23 x 18 mm.
  • For various corking methods - these corks will be suitable for both manual corking and corking employing a corker. You can use them to cork bottles with diameter of at least 17 mm!
  • Easy to use - prior to corking, it is enough to immerse the corks for about 3 minutes in hot water or place them over boiling water under some cover. This will make them more flexible, facilitating bottle corking.
  • A set of 100 pcs - thins quantity of natural corks will let you cork about 100 bottles, i.e., 75 L of homemade wine if you use standard 750 ml bottles.
  • Reliable corking - choose excellent quality for a low price. For corking bottles with content intended for quick consumption, we recommend conical stoppers in particular.

Do you make your own wine at home? Do you care for the bottling process to be done diligently and with utmost care? From now on corking is going to be a pleasure thanks to this set of 100 pcs of natural agglomerated corks. These corks are produced by crumbling the natural cork and then forming it into a cone with dimensions of 23 x 18 mm. Using a corker, for example, they can be used for corking any bottle with diameter of at least 17 mm. The special conical shape allows for convenient closing of already opened wine bottles while maintaining maximum tightness! Conical stoppers are recommended in particular for corking bottles with content intended for quick consumption.

How to use:

All kinds of cork stoppers should be prepared for corking properly. Skipping that may lead to damage to the stoppers or the corker. In home conditions, it is enough to immerse the corks for about 3 minutes in hot water or place them over boiling water under some cover. This will make them more flexible, facilitating bottle corking.

Note:

Remember not to “moisten” the corks for too long, as it may lead to damaging them. After corking the bottles should remain in vertical position for at least one day. This will allow the cork to adjust to the inner wall of the bottle neck. Next, we arrange the bottles horizontally, which, in turn, prevents the cork from drying (the wine “washes” the cork) and ensures proper gas exchange between the inside of the bottle and the surroundings. After two or three days it is necessary to check whether the corks are not leaking. If we notice any leak, it will be necessary to replace the cork with a new one.

Recommended corkers:

- manual corker: 507005; 507013.
