Thanks to the silicone-coated fibreglass fibres, the mat is strong and resistant, serving you efficiently for a long time. It will make it immensely easier to prepare proper portions of baked goods, both sweet and savoury. Thanks to its dimensions (30 x 40 cm), you can lay it out perfectly on a baking grate or tray in any oven. The mat is flexible, and you can easily roll it up into a tight roll that can easily fit in a kitchen cupboard or drawer.

The mat is resistant to heat and dirt and does not transfer flavours or odours. Keeping it clean is easy - just rinse it with warm soapy water after use or put it in the dishwasher*.

*For more substantial soiling, which can clog the holes in the surface of the mat after baking, we recommend soaking the mat in warm water with a small amount of detergent before washing it properly - this will remove the soiling easily without scrubbing.

PLEASE NOTE: To enjoy all the benefits of our mat for as long as possible, always roll it up and clean it gently with warm, soapy water. Avoid bending and folding the mat, do not additionally lubricate it with oil and do not use it as a base for cutting with sharp tools.

Wash it thoroughly on both sides before using it for the first time.
