How to use:
Grilling: Arrange a 2 cm layer of chips around the glowing charcoal — do not place them directly on the firebox, as they will burn up immediately. Cover the grill with the lid as soon as the food is on the grate.
Grilling time — from 10 to 30 minutes (depending on the size and type of meat).
Smoking: Depending on your smoker, place the chips on the tray designed for this purpose or around the firebox — do not place them directly on the heat source, as they will burn up immediately.
Store the chips in a cool, dry place.
Our smoking chips have received positive evaluations from the Institute of Meat and Fat Industry, the National Institute of Hygiene, and the National Sanitary Institute.
