Apple cider vinegar is a natural elixir that has been valued for centuries both in the kitchen and in the home medicine cabinet. Preparation:

  1. Wash and slice the apples, then place them in a large jar.
  2. Pour in boiled water with sugar and cover with gauze.
  3. Leave in a warm, dark place and stir with a wooden spoon every few days.
  4. After 2 weeks, strain out the fruit.
  5. After a month, filter and transfer to bottles; set aside to mature further.
