Recipe for blueberry jam with Janek-Majster essence
Preparation:
- Add the blueberries to a pot, add the lemon juice and half the sugar, and cook slowly until they release their juice.
- Mix the remaining sugar with pectin and add it to the fruit, stirring to prevent lumps.
- Cook for another 5–7 minutes, until the mixture thickens.
- Remove from the heat, let it cool slightly, and add Jänek-Majster essence.
- Transfer the hot jam into sterilized jars and seal.
