Cranberry preserve recipe
Preparation:
Pour water, honey, sugar, and spices into a pot. Bring to a boil until the ingredients dissolve. Add 700 g of rinsed cranberries and grated apples. Cook over low heat for about half an hour, stirring constantly. Then add the remaining fruit and cook for 15 minutes, until the mixture thickens. Pour the hot preserve into jars and pasteurize.
