Our gluten-free healthy millet balls are perfect for any occasion. They make an ideal snack for people on a gluten-free diet. They are also a tasty, healthy alternative to sweets for children, who can prepare this sweet little treat themselves.

Recipe for homemade healthy millet balls

Preparation:

Rinse the millet thoroughly, then pour boiling water over it. Transfer to a pot, add the milk of your choice, and simmer over low heat until the millet absorbs all the milk and becomes tender. The thicker the mixture, the easier it will be to shape into balls. Next, add desiccated coconut to the slightly cooled millet (first set aside half a cup of coconut, which will be useful in the final step), honey, and a chopped banana. Blend the mixture until you obtain a compact mass. Now you can shape your own healthy balls, and finally roll them in the desiccated coconut. Chill the finished balls in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours.
