Recipe for grilled tortillas with spinach and feta
Preparation:
- Thaw the spinach in a pan with the butter. Sauté until heated through and the excess water evaporates.
- Add the crumbled feta and mix thoroughly with the spinach. Cook until the cheese partially melts.
- Press 5 garlic cloves through a garlic press and add to the mixture. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Cook the filling for another 2–3 minutes over low heat.
- Spoon the warm filling onto the tortillas, folding them into pockets or envelope shapes.
- Preheat the gas grill to about 150°C. Place the tortillas on the grate (preferably on the upper rack).
- Grill for a few minutes on each side until lightly golden and crisp.
