Recipe for half-sour cucumbers

Preparation:

Pack the cucumbers tightly in a jar or stoneware crock. Add BROWIN seasoning and pour over water with the salt already dissolved. After 2 days you can start enjoying them. After about two weeks, you'll have fermented cucumbers.

Note! 

BROWIN seasoning includes: mustard seeds — sharpen the taste, garlic and horseradish — counteract spoilage, and dill and currant leaf — give a traditional aroma.
