Homemade mango gummies are an easy way to make a fruity, naturally sweet snack without any complicated ingredients. They’re made from frozen mango and jam pectin, so they have a pleasant, gummy texture and an intense, tropical flavor. A great treat for both kids and adults. 

Homemade Mango Gummies with Pectin

Preparation:

  1. Tip the frozen mango into a saucepan and warm over low heat until it’s completely thawed and soft. Blend to a smooth purée.
  2. Stir the pectin into the warm mango purée, mixing thoroughly so no lumps form. Return to the heat, stirring, until the mixture starts to thicken. Simmer for a few minutes over low heat.
  3. Once slightly cooled, carefully pour the mixture into silicone molds. Level the surface and leave to cool.
  4. Transfer the molds to the fridge to set fully. Once chilled, gently pop the gummies out of the molds.
  5. Store in the fridge, ideally in an airtight container.
