Recipe for wheat bread with pumpkin and cranberries
Preparation:
Knead the dough from the above-listed ingredients until it becomes elastic and pulls away from the sides of the bowl. Leave it covered in a warm place for about 1 hour. Then briefly knead the dough again, transfer it to a loaf pan or onto a baking sheet on which you will bake it. Leave it again in a warm place to rise—until the dough doubles in volume. Bake in a preheated oven for about 1 hour at 200°C.
Note!
To ensure a crisp, thin crust and a moist crumb, place a small bowl of water in the preheating oven to create steam.
