Autumn and winter — the kale season — are the perfect opportunity to make healthy, delicate, and crispy chips. If you watch your figure but can’t live without delicious snacks, kale chips are the perfect option for you!
Recipe for low-calorie kale chips
Preparation:
Wash the kale, then remove the leaves from the tough stalk (discard the stalk) and place them in a bowl. Season the leaves with salt and your favorite spices, drizzle lightly with olive oil, and mix thoroughly. Spread the seasoned kale on the trays of a food dehydrator and start drying at the highest temperature. As an alternative to the dehydrator, use an oven preheated to 180–190°C. Using this baking method, bake them for about 10–15 minutes, until they become crispy. Just make sure not to burn them!
