Lemons in ginger syrup with the addition of cinnamon, star anise, and cloves are preserves that will bring you plenty of joy in winter. Added to tea, they will warm you up even on the frostiest evening, and they also work well as an addition to desserts or stronger spirits. The lemons will gain extra aroma and flavor if you mix them with slices of lime or orange. One thing is certain — lemons served this way will appeal to everyone!
