Recipe for plum butter with chocolate

Preparation:

Place pitted plums in a pot and add a splash of water.
Add pectic enzyme and cook until the fruit begins to break down.
When the plums start to caramelize, add dark chocolate.
When the mixture thickens, stir in Frukta-Żel and mix thoroughly.
Remove the pot from the heat, set aside to cool, then flavor with chocolate essence.
Transfer the plum butter to jars and refrigerate.
