Pornstar Martini is one of the most popular contemporary cocktails, appreciated for its exotic combination of passion fruit and vanilla and its striking presentation. Its distinctive flavor and elegant form make it perfect both for at-home gatherings and more formal occasions.
Recipe for a Pornstar Martini cocktail
Preparing the alcohol base with essence:
- Pour 2 liters of high-proof alcohol into a container.
- Add the essence with Mango & Passion Fruit flavor and sugar to your taste (recommended amount: 55 - 90 g of sugar per 2 liters of alcohol).
- Stir thoroughly until the sugar is completely dissolved.
- Set the drink aside for at least 24 hours to let the flavors meld (for the best aroma and taste, we recommend waiting 7 days).
Tip: When making a smaller batch, use the indentations on the essence bottle to help measure the ratios - 10 ml of essence per 0.5 liters of alcohol.
Preparing the cocktail:
- Add ice cubes to a shaker.
Tip: Instead of a bartender's shaker, you can use a regular jar. For a thicker foam, you can shake the drink twice - first with ice, then without.
- Pour in a measured portion of the previously prepared alcohol base.
- Add lemon juice and vanilla syrup.
- Shake vigorously until well-chilled and combined.
- Strain the cocktail into a chilled cocktail glass.
- You can garnish the drink with half a passion fruit.
- Serve with a small glass of Prosecco on the side, according to the classic serving style.
