Preparation:
Pour room-temperature juice into the jar. Add a pinch of cider yeast. Tightly screw on the lid and fit a stopper and a fermentation airlock into it. Fill the airlock with water. Ferment at 22 - 30 °C for 3 days. After this time, transfer the sparkling beverage into bottles. Store the drink in the refrigerator and enjoy a chilled, gently sparkling, low-alcohol, refreshing, delicious beverage.
You can replace apple juice with pear or currant juice.
