This specially selected strain of cider yeast will allow you to get maximum aroma and flavour from fruit! This yeast is dedicated for producing sweet apple cider, but you can also use it to prepare pear perry, as well as any other low-alcohol-content drinks from other fruit juices. Making some refreshing drink is extremely easy - just add a pinch of Ciderini Sweet to any juice and ferment it for 3 days in room temperature. Afterwards, move the drink to a refrigerator and enjoy your low-alcohol-content, slightly sparkling drink, perfect for summer days. Use the full power and capabilities of the Ciderini Sweet yeast by combining it with nutrients with vitamin B1! A single 5 g packaging of yeast is sufficient for making from 15 to 20 litres of aromatic liquor, the alcohol content of which may reach up to 9%. Ciderini Sweet is a product that is simple to use – the recommended fermentation temperature is 15-25°C.
How to use:
Mix the content of the yeast sachet with 100 ml of pre-boiled water cooled down to the temperature of 25°C. Leave it for 20 minutes in room temperature. Afterwards pour the solution obtained into a fermentation container or a demijohn with wine batch.
