The nutrient is a composition of diammonium hydrogen phosphate (DAP). B1 vitamin and inactive yeast cell components containing valuable organic substances, including B group vitamins.
DAP is an easily absorbed source of nitrogen and phosphorus for wine yeast. B1 vitamin functions as a fermentation activator, improving the wine's taste and aroma.
The yeast cell walls accelerate biomass proliferation, are a valuable source of sterols, fatty acids and micronutrients - magnesium and manganese. They adsorb fermentation inhibiting substances. Benefit the structure and aroma of the wine.
We recommend the Kombi Vita nutrient for the making of all kinds of wine: fruit, grape, grain, and floral.

How to use:
Apply in proportion of 1 g of Kombi Vita nutrient per 1,5-2,5 L of must. Bag contents suffice for 15-25 L of wine must.
Note: Add Kombi Vita nutrient to must in three equal portions: I - before applying the yeast starter, II - after 2-3 days of fermentation, III - when must Blg drops to 8-12. Each of these portions dissolve in 100 ml of must, then add to the batch and stir. Do not add the nutrient directly to the yeast starter!
