Their strong resistance to alcohol will also allow restarting the fermentation in cases when, for some reason, wine stops “working” too early

• Simple to use - active dried yeast is very simple to use - it is enough to dissolve it in 100 mL of boiled water cooled down to 30°C and leave it for 20 minutes.
• Quick and stable fermentation. Fermentation temperature of 15-35°C – a specially selected mix of two yeast strains ensures quick and stable fermentation in a very wide range of temperatures, as well as high clarity of wine.
• Efficient - 7 g of yeast is sufficient for preparing about 10-35 L of batch.
Fine universal dried yeast for all kinds of wine, characterised by high tolerance to alcohol (up to 18%). It is recommended in particular for wine made of gooseberries, pears, apricots, strawberries, cereals, hawthorn, apples, wild rose, white and black grapes, rhubarb, raisins, wild cherries, cherries, raspberries, greengages, purple plums, chokeberries, blackcurrant, whitecurrant, redcurrant, blueberries, blackberries, and black elderberries.
Enovini® is a specially selected excellent mix of two strains of winemaking yeast, and the wide ranges of temperatures (15-35°C) that it handles ensures stable and quick fermentation.
This yeast is characterised by great power, thanks to which they are perfect for restarting fermentation even if the wine stops working prior to achievement of the properties desired. The product allows obtaining highly clear wine.
Active dried yeast is very simple to use. A 7 g packaging is sufficient for preparing 10-35 L of batch, with final alcohol content of up to 18%.
How to use
Mix the content of the yeast sachet with with 100 mL of pre-boiled water cooled down to the temperature of 30°C. Leave it for 20 minutes in room temperature. Afterwards pour the solution obtained into a fermentation container or a demijohn with wine batch.
Using the Enovini® winemaking yeast means quick and stable fermentation in a wide range of temperatures!
