ViniTurbo is a combination of noble wine yeasts and a specially developed medium for the rapid fermentation of grape and fruit musts.
If you would like to make wine but are terrified of the long wait for the end result, Viniturbo is for you. It is a mixture of noble wine yeasts and specially selected nutrients, which allows you to enjoy your home-made wine after only 4 weeks.
Viniturbo can be used with white, rosé and red wines. For grape and fruit wines. Depending on the added sugar, you can get up to 17% alcohol in the finished wine.
A sachet is sufficient for the preparation of 25 litres of the batch, the optimum fermentation temperature for which is between 20-27⁰C
Directions for use:
Pour the contents of the sachet into 100 ml of water at a temperature not exceeding 30°C and mix thoroughly. After 30 minutes, pour it all into the wine batch. Ferment at 20-27°C for 3-4 weeks, until the release of CO2 stops and clarification is complete. The resulting wine can be used for direct consumption or maturation.
