Using Aromatic Bayanus Multicomplex is extremely simple! You do not need to worry which nutrient is best for your wine. We chose it for you. You only need to apply a single sachet. Everything you need for fermentation is in it.
The S. bayanus and cerevisiae yeasts ensure quick fermentation and an excellent wine bouquet. The mineral nutrients are a source of nitrogen and phosphorus, which are indispensable for growth of winemaking yeast and the proper fermentation that it carries out, while vitamin B1 performs the function of fermentation activator and has a positive impact on the flavour and aroma of wine.
Pectolytic enzyme dissolves the pectins present in fruits, facilitating the release of juice and later supporting the fining process.
With our blend, you can prepare up to 50 L of wine from fruits of your choosing. Thanks to yeast species that are resistant to high alcohol concentration, you can obtain even up to 18% alcohol content in your homemade liquor.
How to use:
Prepare the wine watch according to the recipe of your choosing. Scatter the sachet content on the surface of 50 L of must with temperature of 25-30°C. Leave it for half an hour and then stir thoroughly. Ferment it in a temperature of 14-30°C.
Ingredients: winemaking yeast: Saccharomyces bayanus (17.5%), Saccharomyces cerevisiae, ammonium phosphate (V), pectolytic enzyme 1.3% (sucrose, pectinase, maltodextrin, polygalacturonase, water, acidity regulator: sodium citrate, citric acid), thiamine hydrochloride (vitamin B1).
