The Turbo Fruit 5-7 days distiller’s yeast is a perfect mix of yeast, nutrients, and vitamins, intended for quick fermentation. It is recommended for fermenting batches consisting of white and red fruits. It enables obtaining 14-18% alcohol content within 5-7 days! The finished drink will also have its fruity flavour underlined.
How to use:
Prepare the batch according to the semi-sweet wine recipe for the fruit chosen. Add the sachet content to liquid with temperature of 30-35°C and mix everything thoroughly. Add sugar (200-300 g/L) in two portions: 1/2 at the beginning of fermentation and the rest after three days. Carry out fermentation in the temperature of 20-29°C for 5-7 days, after the emission of CO₂ stops. In order to obtain the best results, it is recommended to fine the batch using Klarowin Turbo Spirit.
Ingredients: yeast, diammonium phosphate (V), potassium phosphate (V), magnesium sulphate (VI), vitamin B1 (thiamine hydrochloride).
