Turbo Grom 48h distilling yeast is the ideal blend of yeast, nutrients, and vitamins for fast and clean fermentation. It allows you to obtain up to 19% alcohol in 2–7 days! Especially recommended for sugar washes. One 150 g pack is enough for 25 L of wash when using 7 kg of sugar. Extremely easy to use. Note: use the entire pack for a single wash.

Recipe for 25 L of wash:

Pour 6 L of hot water into a fermentation vessel and dissolve 7 kg of sugar or 7.8 kg of glucose, then add 15 L of cold water. After cooling the liquid to approx. 28°C, pour in the contents of the sachet and mix thoroughly. Ferment at approx. 23°C for 2–5 days. To obtain a high-quality beverage, clarify the wash using Klarowin Turbo Spirit.

Note: fermentation is vigorous.
