Thanks to it, you can easily prepare your favorite sugar, fruit, and grain washes at home (required fermentation temperature is 20–25 degrees). Turbo X-Pure is an innovative product that ferments up to 21.3%! One sachet of yeast is enough for 25 L of wash, and depending on the desired alcohol content, just add 6 to 9 kg of sugar! Another advantage of the Turbo X-Pure blend is the course of the process - with these yeast you don’t have to worry about unpleasant odors forming during the production of your favorite beverages!

Directions for use:

Choose the fermentation option (see table). Pour the first portion of sugar into a fermentation container and dissolve it in an appropriate amount of lukewarm water at 28⁰C. Then add the entire contents of the packet and mix thoroughly. Ferment the prepared solution for the number of days specified in the table (according to the selected option) at 23⁰C. Maintaining the proper fermentation temperature is necessary to achieve the target alcohol content in the wash.

 * For washes with more than 7 kg of sugar, add the second portion of sugar carefully after 24 hours. It is best to add about 100 g of sugar and wait until the foam subsides - then add the rest of the sugar. This will prevent the wash from overflowing.

Note: the wash will foam!

For best results, we recommend clearing the wash after fermentation is complete.

Store in a dry place at room temperature.
