Turbo Yeast Browin 24h is a combination of highly alcoholizing distillery yeasts with a specifically designed nutrient. They guarantee of a quick, clean and efficient sugar batch fermentation.
Recipe for a 25 litre batch
Dissolve 7 kg of sugar in 6 l of hot water in the fermentation vessel. Then add 15 l of cold water. After the liquid cools down to 30-35°C, add the contents of the sachet and mix thoroughly. Ferment the whole mixture in 25-28°C within 2-5 days*. Best results can be achieved by fermenting a clear batch - to achieve best results, we recommend clarifying the mixture prior to distillation.
Note: The fermentation is effervescent.
Composition: distillery yeasts, mineral salts, amino acids, vitamin B1.
Turbo Yeast Grom 72h can also be added to fruit or grain batches, after adjusting the amount of added sugar.
