A perfect mix of yeast, nutrients and vitamins, ensuring quick and clean fermentation up to 19% in 48 h
If you are interested in preparing a large batch that will be fermented quickly and efficiently, providing up to 19% alcohol content and a pleasant aroma, the Turbo Grom 48 h for 100 L yeast is a perfect choice for you.
Using this blend, you can obtain a batch with alcohol content of 14%, 17% or 19%. Everything depends on the sugar dose that you apply and the number of days of conducting fermentation.
You decide yourself on the strength of liquor you want to obtain and choose the amount of sugar and the number of days of fermentation required.
The optimal fermentation conditions for the Turbo Grom 48 h yeast include the temperature of 23-26°C. If this range of temperature is not adhered to, this may lead to extended duration of fermentation or stoppage thereof.
How to use:
In a fermentation container, dissolve 24-32 kg of sugar in 24 litres of boiled hot water and mix everything thoroughly. After cooling it down to 30°C, top it up to 100 litres with water at room temperature. Add the sachet content and mix everything thoroughly. After installing the airlock, leave the whole setup to ferment in the temperature of 23-26°C for 2-5 days. See the table below.
In order to achieve the best effect we recommend fining the batch once the fermentation is complete.
