Turbo X-Pure 21.3 % yeast is the only yeast on the market that sustain fermentation until 21.3 % alcohol content and the first yeast on the market capable of processing 36 kg of sugar in full into 100 L of batch. This product is a mixture of two highly alcoholising active distillery yeast strains and a properly selected nutrient that supports their growth. Thanks to Turbo X-Pure you will easily prepare all kinds of batches: sugar-, fruit-, and grain-based. One of the advantages of this mix is also the pleasant aroma of the finished product.
A single Turbo X-Pure yeast sachet of this size is enough for 100 L of batch and depending on the alcohol content desired it is enough to add from 25 to 36 kg of sugar to it. In order for the yeast to show the full extent of its capabilities, it is important to proceed strictly in line with the instructions provided on the packaging.
How to use:
Select the fermentation variant (see the table). Pour the first portion of sugar into the fermentation container and dissolve it in an appropriate amount of lukewarm water with temperature of about 30⁰C. Next, pour in the whole content of the bag and mix it in carefully. Subject the resulting solution to fermentation for the number of days specified in the table (according to the variant selected), in the temperature of 20-25⁰C.
For varieties from II to IV, add further portions of sugar carefully after *24 and **48 hours, once the sugar concentration is about 10⁰Blg.
Caution: the batch will foam! It is a good idea to use the foam reducing agent available in the offer of BROWIN.

After the fermentation ends, the batch will undergo fining by itself. Low temperature facilitates fining. In order to accelerate the fining, use Klarowin Turbo Spirit.
After the fermentation is completed, the batch has a slightly sweet aftertaste, the source of which is glycerol produced by the yeast.
Use the whole packaging for a single batch - this will ensure all the advantages resulting from homogeneity of the mix.
Store in a dry place in room temperature.
