The plastic of which the tubes and the stopper are made feature all the required permits for contact with food, as well as the certificate of the Polish National Institute of Hygiene (PZH).
An airlock filled with water is used in the fermentation process in order to protect the batch content against oxygenation, while at the same time enabling regular emission of carbon dioxide produced in the process taking place.
A special protective stopper prevents fruit flies from entering the container, while at the same time having no impact on the fermentation process (since special vents have been designed inside the stopper).
Every country has its own legal regulations governing the manufacturing of ethyl alcohol, wine products, and spirits, introducing them onto the market, and regarding sanctions for non-compliance.
