Potassium metabisulphite is an excellent rinsing agent for winemaking, brewing or distilling equipment. By choosing this product in a 1 kg packaging, you will ensure greater possibilities for action.
How to use:
For rinsing the equipment: One packaging per 200 L. Use at a ration of 10 g per 2 L of water. Use the solution prepared in this way to rinse demijohns, fermentation containers, bottles, presses and barrels, previously washed with detergents and rinsed with water. Do not rinse with water again after rinsing with potassium metabisulphite.
Please note: Potassium metabisulphite solution is unstable, so prepare it just before use. After rinsing the solution is not reusable. Due to the characteristic pungent sulphurous odour, it is recommended to use the product only in well-ventilated areas.

The same substance is also an excellent agent for stabilising wines and musts. It is used at a ratio of 1 g per 10 L of must or 1 g per 10 L of wine. An appropriate amount of metabisulphite is mixed with 50-100 mL of water and then added to the batch.
For stabilising wine and must, you can choose Metabisulphite 100 g.
