Light Jug is a revolutionary, unbreakable 15 L carboy. It is a long-lasting investment and an excellent alternative to traditional glass carboys. It is lightweight and fitted with a comfortable carrying handle that sits securely in your hand. This makes it easier to move even when full.

The carboy has been tested and certified as safe for contact with alcohol concentrations of up to 95%.

The measuring scale printed on the side of the Light Jug carboy makes it easier to check the volume of your batch. Simply add your must to the carboy and close it with the screw cap and airlock. 

The ridges on the screw cap make it easier to open and close the carboy, while the handle lets you carry it when it is empty. The cap's special design does not require a gasket, so there is no need to worry about mould or bacteria collecting underneath it.

The wide opening makes it easy to remove fruit pulp and clean the inside of the container. We recommend using potassium metabisulfite, Turbo Metabisulfite or Oxi Turbo for cleaning.


PLEASE NOTE:

Do not expose the carboy to direct sunlight, as it has limited resistance to UV radiation.

Wash the carboy at a temperature no higher than 70°C.

Do not use the carboy with alcohol concentrations higher than 95%.
