Our innovative blends consists of two specially selected strains of active distiller’s yeast adjusted to fermentation in low temperature above 14°C and a specially designed and adjusted nutrient. Thanks to them, the course of the fermentation is peaceful and provides up to 17% alcohol content when using 7 kg of sugar, in 12-14 days at a temperature of 14°C! A single 120 g sachet enables preparing up to 25 L of batch. By choosing the product, you get yeast capable of working in a wide range of temperatures, starting from as low as 14°C. Please note! The lower the fermentation temperature, the more peaceful its course and the milder the flavour and aroma of the resulting batch.


How to use:

Pour 7 kg of sugar into the fermentation container, dissolve it in 15 L of water and the top up the batch up to the final volume of 25 L. Spread the whole content of the sachet on the surface of the batch with temperature of 30-35°C. After 15 minutes, stir thoroughly. Close the container with a cover with the airlock installed and conduct fermentation for 12-14 days, in a temperature of more than 14°C. In room temperature, the fermentation will take 3-5 days. Caution: the batch will foam!
