The Turbo Cold yeast is an innovative product that is a blend of two selected strains of active distiller’s yeast featuring a specially designed nutrient!
Do you dream of batches characterised by greater clarity and a mild flavour and aroma? Get to know Turbo Cold yeast - a product that guarantees successful fermentation! Our innovative blends consists of two specially selected strains of active distiller’s yeast adjusted to fermentation in low temperature above 14°C and a specially designed and adjusted nutrient. Thanks to them, the course of the fermentation is peaceful and provides up to 17% alcohol content when using 7 kg of sugar, in 12-14 days at a temperature of 14°C! A single 120 g sachet enables preparing up to 25 L of batch. By choosing the product, you get yeast capable of working in a wide range of temperatures, starting from as low as 14°C. Please note! The lower the fermentation temperature, the more peaceful its course and the milder the flavour and aroma of the resulting batch.
