Yeast Turbo Grom 5-7 days is a combination of active, high alcohol distillery yeast, and precisely developed yeast nutrient. A guarantee of quick, clean and efficient fermentation of sugar-based alcoholic brews. Ingredients: distillery yeast, mineral salts, amino acids, thiamine. Recipe for 25 litres of brew: In a fermentation container, dissolve 6,5 kg of sugar (sucrose) or 7 kg of dextrose in 10 l of hot water. Afterwards, add another 10 l of water, cold. After the fluid cools down to 27-30°C, add the pouch contents and stir thoroughly. Submit the mix to fermentation at 23°C for the period of 5-7 days. For best results, clarifying the brew after fermentation is recommended. The Yeast Turbo Grom 5-7 days is characterised by high fermentation activity (efficient alcohol production at low biomass yield).
