This specially selected strain of yeast will allow you to get maximum aroma and flavour from fruit! This yeast will be perfect for preparing homemade fruit batches – with up to 28 kg of sugar used! A single 160 g packaging of Turbo Fruit yeast is enough for preparing as much as 100 L of wine with enrapturing flavour and aroma! Using this yeast is very simple and the fermentation is completed in about 5-7 days, allowing you to obtain from 14 to 18% alcohol content. Note! The recommended temperature for fermentation is 20-29°C. When combined with nutrients and vitamin B1, the TURBO Fruit yeast will let you take advantage of 100% of possibilities, thanks to which you will be able to enjoy even fuller flavour and aroma of your homemade products!

How to use:
Prepare the batch according to the recipe for the fruit chosen. Remember to add sugar at the beginning of fermentation and after 3 days. Pour the sachet content into about 1.2 L of water with temperature of not more than 30°C. Mix thoroughly. After 30 minutes, pour everything into the wine batch. Carry out fermentation in the temperature of 20-29°C for 5-7 days, after the emission of CO2 stops. The wine can be intended for immediate consumption, or maturation. In order to achieve the best quality, it is recommended to fine the batch in advance.
Note: use the whole packaging for a single batch.
