Enovini® OK WHITE is dried winemaking yeast that reduces the acidity of wine made from white fruit that contain malic acid. This yeast is dedicated first and foremost for apples and white grapes. Using them you can prepare balanced, delicious and mild wine with an abundant fruity bouquet.
The acidity reducing properties of Enovini® OK WHITE yeast allow obtaining delicious wines with lower sweetness (semi-sweet and semi-dry).
A single pack allows obtaining 35 L of wine with alcohol content of up to 14%.
The yeast is simple to use and does not require initial multiplication.
How to use:
Mix the content of the yeast sachet with 100 ml of pre-boiled water cooled down to the temperature of 30°C. Leave it for 20 minutes in room temperature. Afterwards, pour the solution obtained into a fermentation container or a demijohn with wine batch. The recommended initial sugar concentration in the batch should be up to 18°Blg, and its acidity: 16 g/L (preferably 12-13 g / L).
Conduct fermenting in the temp. of 18-20°C.
On 5th and 10th day of fermenting add subsequent sugar potions. 50 g/L.
Ingredients: Saccharomyces cerevisiae, emulsifier: sorbitol monostearate.
Best before end: Expiry date and batch number on the seal.
